Refunds, cancellation and withdrawal

This page summarises the refund, cancellation and withdrawal rules in our Terms of Service (sections 8 to 11 and the Annex). If this summary and the Terms differ, the Terms apply.

Full refund within 14 days of your first payment

If you ask for a refund within 14 days of your first payment for HookWatch, we refund that payment in full, and your paid access ends. This applies once per person or organisation, and it covers the first payment only, whether it was made by card or crypto. Later payments are non-refundable, except where the law requires otherwise. This goodwill refund applies in addition to your statutory rights, not instead of them. Cancelling a card subscription stops future renewals, and you keep access until the end of the paid period.

To ask for a refund, email support@gethookwatch.com from your account email address. Card payments are refunded through Stripe to the original payment method. Crypto payments are refunded in the same asset and on the same network (see section 10.2 of the Terms).

Cancel your subscription (Verträge hier kündigen)

You can cancel at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you won't be charged again. You can cancel from the billing settings in your dashboard, by email, or with the cancellation button below. The button works without logging in.

Right of withdrawal (consumers)

If you are a consumer, you can withdraw from the contract within 14 days of concluding it, without giving a reason. You can use the withdrawal button below, send us a clear statement by email or post, or use the model withdrawal form in the Annex of the Terms. If you asked us to start the Service immediately and then withdraw, you pay a proportionate amount for the Service provided until you told us.
